Michael was formerly a partner in a firm specialising in commercial property and latterly a commercial property partner in an international firm. He has in-depth experience of a wide range of non-contentious aspects of commercial property, acting for landlords, tenants, investors, developers and businesses, in particular retailers.

Career highlights include: £38M sale of 28 shops to M&S Simply Food; heading-up property team on £129M re-financing of 270 investment properties to Nat West and RBS and heading-up teams in England, Scotland and N.Ireland for a retail chain's purchase of 52 shops from Woolworths` administrators.
