- Is this an asset or a liability?
- Is the Rent currently too high or too low given the current state of the Property Market?
- Are you near the end of Term created by the Lease? Are you facing the cost of Dilapidations? Will the Landlord renew?
- If you are in arrears with the Rent what can be done before action is taken against you or your business?
- Have your Statutory Rights to renew been contracted out or, lost by default?
- Are the premises in poor condition? What are the implications for you?
