Andrew was a Partner in a long established Law Firm - Mannheim Otto & Co for many years before joining Brown Turner Ross as a Consultant in 1990. He has specialised for many years in

His expertise in these areas of the Law has previously been recognised by his inclusion on Law Society specialist Panels. He has experience of dealing with Child abduction Cases where overseas jurisdictions have been involved and where his knowledge & understanding of various European Conventions has proved invaluable to his Clients in obtaining Orders for the return of their children.
A fluent Polish speaker (and able to speak French to an extent) he understandably has a large following amongst the local Polish community. He gained his Higher Court Advocate status in June 2014 which means he can now appear in the Crown Court on behalf of Clients and has done so successfully on a number of occasions.
Andrew was appointed a Tribunal Judge in 1986 dealing with Social Security Appeals on a part time basis.
